Mission

To cultivate a dynamic and inclusive community where enthusiasts of gaming can come together to share their passion, hone strategic skills, and immerse themselves in engaging and innovative tabletop experiences.

Vision

We envision a club that inspires camaraderie, fosters creativity, and serves as a hub for both competitive play and storytelling, while promoting respect, diversity, and lifelong enjoyment of the tabletop hobby.

Club Growth and Development Goals

Expand Membership

Increase the club's active membership to 45 enthusiastic participants who regularly engage in club activities, events, and community-building initiatives.

Develop Leagues

Establish and grow thriving leagues for Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar, achieving consistent participation of 15 or more players in each league.

Enhance Gaming Facilities

Refurbish and expand the club's gaming terrain and boards to a high-quality standard, ensuring they are visually appealing, durable, and immersive. Equip the club to support over 10 fully set-up gaming tables simultaneously, catering to Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar players.

Expand Specialist Game Resources

Build a diverse collection of terrain and gaming boards specifically designed for specialist games such as Kill Team, Warcry, Mordheim, Verrotwood, and other narrative-driven or skirmish-based systems, creating a rich variety of gaming experiences for members.

Expand Gaming Aids

Expand the club's collection of gaming assets to improve the overall experience. This includes acquiring and maintaining high-quality objective marker sets, printed and easy-to-reference rules summaries, templates, tokens, and other tools that streamline gameplay and reduce setup time.

Expanding the Hobby Side of the Club

Organize regular hobby-focused events to engage members in various aspects of the tabletop gaming experience. These events will include painting sessions, miniature-building workshops, terrain creation days, and other hands-on activities that foster creativity, skill-building, and camaraderie within the community.
